  I would give this company less stars if I could. Had a plumbing ER. They will not even speak to you now without a credit card on file even though we have been customers there and have paid our bills on the same day of service for over 20 years. Once they have the credit card they will not make an appointment, they simply add your name to the list and when they feel like showing up, days later they do. When they are here working, they complete half the job and then take off for hours at a time as well. This company has gone way down hill since old man Jack gave up the business. Pretty lazy customer service in the store as well as far as the checkout personal. Very kind and helpful customer service in the back only.
